At Handycrafts.co, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. This Shipping and Returns Policy outlines our procedures for shipping and handling orders, as well as our policies regarding returns and exchanges. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Shipping Policy

Shipping by Sellers:

  • All items sold on Handycrafts.co are shipped directly by the individual sellers.
  • Sellers are responsible for processing and shipping orders within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

Domestic Shipping:

  • We currently offer shipping within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can track your order using the tracking number provided by the seller.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
  • Some products may have shipping restrictions based on local laws and regulations.

Returns Policy

Return Requests:

  • Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • Some items, such as custom or personalized products, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for any specific return restrictions.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer support at support@handycrafts.co to initiate a return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and include your proof of purchase and the return authorization email.
  4. Ship the item back to the seller. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on the seller’s part.

Refunds:

  • Once the seller receives your return, they will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@handycrafts.co.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@handycrafts.co with your order number and a description of the issue.
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a replacement item or issuing a refund.
